Kitten New Home Agreement

All New Owners will be asked to sign this Agreement.
Please read it carefully as we only sell Kittens according to these conditions!

The Purchaser has today examined the Kitten/s and is wholly satisfied with the health and temperament of the above named Kitten/s.

The Purchaser agrees to love their Spiritwind Kitten/s supplying a warm, safe, happy, healthy home with as much love, food and cuddles,
as the kitten/s will ever need.
Purchaser agrees to email or post pictures whenever possible showing the kitten/s growing into adulthood.  Pictures may be featured on this site.

It is advised that the kitten/s be insured throughout his/her lifetime, as the breeder cannot be held responsible for illnesses or injury after leaving.

You are required to take the kitten/s to your vet within Seven (7) days of purchase for a general check up and to provide your vet with the
kitten's health information.

No refunds for health reasons are given after the Seven (7) days have passed.
(The health guarantee is valid for Seven (7) days after purchase providing that there has been no other contact with any other cats.)

Should it become impossible for me to keep the Aforementioned Spiritwind kitten for any reason... I will advise the above named breeder.

I/we will not sell or give away this Spiritwind without the knowledge and consent of the above breeder 
I/we will not allow this Spiritwind feline to run loose or unprotected
I/we will never deal with my Spiritwind(s) through a pet shop or animal dealer
I/we will maintain the good health and condition of this Spiritwind feline.

This kitten is sold as an indoor Non-breeding pet only.

  Spiritwind Statement of Health                                                                     

Your kitten is in perfect health, vaccinated, vet checked, without any known physical deformity or defect, free of external & internal parasites and
infectious diseases of any type.

I, the Breeder of the above named Spiritwind Kitten, hereby agree to provide his/her pedigree and registration number to the New Owner named
above and attest to the statement of health as an honest and true statement of the facts as far as can be ascertained by my Vet.

The Kitten/s has been wormed twice using Milbemax and Panacur. 

The above Kitten/s received health check-ups & evaluations on at least two separate occasions...this included two visits for vaccinations...
